The code suggestions are generated by the natural language AI model based on OpenAI’s Codex, itself a version of GPT-3, and was trained on billions of publicly available lines of source code, including code published on GitHub....

The issue that Chrome update 103.0.5060.114 for Windows addresses is a “heap buffer overflow in WebRTC”, referring to when the buffer allocated in the heap portion of memory can be overwritten for nefarious means. WebRTC is the open web standard for building video and voice applications for real-time communications (RTC). Google has released the results of its mid-pandemic survey of healthcare professionals, which found that 64% of physicians believe online gaming is more advanced than what’s available in healthcare. Google Cloud’s managing director of Healthcare and Life Sciences Joe Miles argues that systems interoperability will lead to better outcomes for patients. “The majority of physicians say increased data interoperability will cut the time to diagnosis for patients significantly (86%) and will ultimately help improve patient outcomes (95%),” he writes....

Tesla Model 3s will be available to Hertz customers by November across the US and in certain cities in Europe. Hertz said it also plans to install thousands of electric car chargers near its locations in US neighborhoods and airports. Right now, there are about 3,000 Tesla supercharging stations throughout the US and Europe for the Tesla Model 3. Those renting Tesla vehicles will also get “premium and differentiated” services that include special guidance on how electric vehicles work and access to “expedited EV rental booking” in the Hertz app....
